I, Pasindu Shenal, formally announce my departure from the Howinu Project. Effective immediately, my involvement with the Howinu Cryptocurrency project, including HowSwap and all secondary ecosystems, has concluded.
The Howinu infrastructure is architected on-chain and is fully open-source. As approximately 97% of the ecosystem’s functionality is autonomous, the project will continue to exist and operate on the blockchain independently of my involvement or oversight.
Liquidity Provision: For users currently providing liquidity to HowSwap, the platform remains operational. You may proceed to manage or withdraw your liquidity through the decentralized protocol as per standard procedure.
Token Ownership: I currently hold Howinu and HCAT tokens. These assets were acquired directly from the open market. I did not receive any developer allocations or free tokens, a fact verifiable via public on-chain data. I maintain full rights to manage or liquidate these personal assets at my discretion.
Investor Compensation Guarantee & Limitation
I am committed to personal accountability for the period of my leadership. If any individual has incurred a verified financial loss from investments directly linked to my involvement in the Howinu ecosystem prior to the effective date, I will personally facilitate 100% compensation of that loss using my private funds.
NOTICE: This compensation offer expires on the effective date. I will not be liable for, nor will I provide compensation for, any financial losses resulting from investments in Howinu, HCAT, HowSwap, or the broader ecosystem occurring after this moment.
